Clinic Services at the Archuleta County Public Health Department (ACPHD) include:
- Childhood Vaccines
- Limited Adult Vaccines
- Women’s cancer screening for breast and cervical cancer
- Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing,
- Tuberculosis (TB) testing and treatment and
- Pregnancy testing
- Wellness labs and NP Wellness Visits
- Women’s Health and Birth Control Services

Tuesday 9am-12pm & 1pm-6pm
Wednesday by appointment only
Thursday 9am-5pm
Vaccine Offerings
ACPHD offers routine Childhood Vaccines and Limited Adult Vaccines, free to those who are uninsured, underinsured (high deductible plans) or on Medicaid. Medicare is also accepted.
Services are at reduced or no cost depending on qualifying programs. Certain insurance companies may also be billed through the department.
Current offerings are best when done by appointment though walk-ins are welcome.
